Over the past two weeks, the Magic Mirror has seen quite a lot of amazing costumes donned by our community’s Bits. With the conclusion of the “Reflections” quest, one lucky Bit will be receiving reserved access to the Key that allows you to utilize the upcoming Magic Mirror. However, rumors have been swirling that the Mirror is requesting more insight into the souls of those who stand before it - a physical appearance is only one facet of what makes an individual themselves. Only those brave enough to approach will receive further instructions as to what it’s looking for…
THE QUEST BEGINS
*Hello, young Bit. I am the spirit of Magic Mirror.
It has been weeks since we last spoke, and I have grown impressed by those who have approached me during this time to show me their true reflection.
You feel a sense of satisfaction from the mirror - perhaps even joy?
While some are artists with paint and brush, others are known for their prowess with pencil and paper. Therefore, I wish to present you another opportunity to obtain a Key.
If you wish to obtain one of these keys, the rules are simple:
Write a paragraph or two about the background and history of your Bit - you can even do it in poem form, if you desire.
Make a thread on Twitter with the story of your Bit.
Post a picture of your Bit in the thread.
Tag the official @EightBit account.
Use the hashtag #EightBitOctober.
Then, and only then, will you be considered to receive a Magic Key.
